1. Match your message: use photos, icons, and illustrations that reflect your audience and back up your message.

2. Use images legally: use your own or buy photos, icons, and illustrations; find images on free stock sites; or use a reverse image search to check for copyright on images.

3. Give credit where it’s due: always provide attribution in the way requested by the content owner.
